Why It Matters

The guests who need
you most are watching.

For guests with food allergies and celiac disease, every meal out is an act of trust. They research restaurants before they go. When they find a place that makes them feel safe, they come back - and tell everyone they know.

Training your team opens your dining room to one of the most loyal, word-of-mouth-driven customer bases in food service.

The Regulatory Landscape

Seven states already mandate
allergen training.

Illinois
Allergen training required for all food service managers.
Virginia
Food allergy awareness training mandated for restaurant staff.
California
Allergen training requirements for food handlers.
Massachusetts
Allergen awareness certification required for food service.

The AllerTrain® certificate of completion satisfies most current state mandates. More legislation is on the way - get ahead of it now.
